"The biggest challenge was navigating Osaka's metro to arrive at the hotel. But once, we arrived, the stay was very enjoyable and from there, it was very easy to reach KIX. I greatly enjoyed the dinosaur staff, as well as the clean rooms. The onsen was such a lovely bonus! Worth the trip every time."

"We were surprised with the newly renovated hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. When I told him we could not catch the next morning train back to Shin-Osaka with their regular shuttle service, he offered to help us to book taxi and printed out train schedule with platform on/off outlined. View from our corner room 456 was stunning. We booked fish dinner which was good, breakfast was a bit boring Japanese rice but they provide enough coffee for coffee addict ;-)"

"Very easy to board the Tama Den Cat train. You need to go to the JR entrance and tell them that you want to go to Platform 9. The bus to the castle is right in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are very spacious comparing to Ginza hotels. Right in front of the station. "

"For those who are looking to luxuriate in the onsens of the Kii península… This is a place not to be missed. The cave onsens, especially, were both gorgeous and healing… The other ones perhaps a bit rundown, but still quite a treat. The staff were great (and multi-lingual) and my room was squeaky clean. "We paid $270 per night for this hotel. We were given the only room on the entrance floor of the hotel. So all we could hear was everyone coming in and out of the hotel, the lockers being opened up to place ones shoes in in the foyer, the cars on the road (our window was on the street).
