"I enjoyed staying here and would again. It was so close to the outlets. The rooms were great and were very similar to the embassy suites set up with a bedroom and separate living room. I loved the onsite washer and dryer but especially loved the combo machine that washes and drys the clothes. As always staff are so polite, helpful, and professional. Love it and would recommend staying here!"

"Airport shuttle was convenient, but we made an error by booking 2 nights here.. 1 night before a flight is best.. this is far from everything we did make the most if it by walking to Rinku beach at sunset. Nice mall at Rinku. The breakfast might be good for Japanese, not our thing.. free water first night only and no ice ??? I thought every hotel provides ice.. clean , large rooms, nut only 1 pillow, could use 2 pillows per bed.."

"The food was excellent and the onsen at night overlooking the ocean and the lighthouse was incredible. If you're planning to go to Tomogashima island keep in mind that the ferry doesn't sail on Wednesday and may be cancelled on other days due to high wind. I was unable to make it to the island on my 2 night stay so I suppose I will just have to come back again!"
