"Good place to layover"

"They have a great breakfast- Western & Japanese style. I wish they have more counter space in the bathroom."

"Great location and great property, excellent staff"

"Great place to stay"

"Nice place to stay."

"Definitely accessible via train and walking, but I recommend taking a taxi from the station just because there’s not a lot of room for pedestrians. As far as the hotel goes, the staff are very kind and accommodating, there are several shops on the bottom floor, you’re able to purchase local goods at the front desk and there is an amazing kimono shop one block away called Aridayagofuku where you can buy very high-quality textiles, local jewelry, and seasonal kimono. It’s a great place to stay...

"Hot spring is great. Location is good if you like countryside style and you rent a car."

"The hotel location is super convenient!"

"Good"

"Excellent hotel highly recommended Better than most 5⭐️"

"民宿位於四季之鄉公園，距離市中心較遠，適合自駕。工作人員熱情好客且服務周到，美中不足是大部分都不會英文。民宿內部新淨整潔，設施一應俱全，床品也很舒適，早餐美味，晚餐準備BBQ材料，分量大味道好，每日都送紅白香檳等餐酒，根本喝不完。下次來和歌山還會再來！"

"Not a japanese culture of service"

"Nice view with the castle with excellent location and hospitality "

"Nice location and property. Very convenient for transportation to other places around Wakayama."

"I really enjoyed our stay, and amazing spot getting off the airport :) Cool experience with the raptors at the front desk.. made checkout easy as we’ll definitely would stay here again!"

"All was excellent and we had a beautiful room. Food was very delicious "

"One of the most unique properties we have ever stayed at. The room is a combination of old and new done exceedingly well. The property manager is outstanding. "

"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"I thought a shukubo would be a very simple minimalist accommodation but it was a luxurious stay. A pleasant surprise. Great staff and service, beautiful gardens, wonderful shojin meals, relaxing bath after our long hike, and a morning service in the main hall. It was a perfect experience"
