"The room at 49th Floor had a magnificent view of the bay on the west and the mountains on the east. The hotel is also one station away from the Kansai Airport. I decided to stay here as I needed to catch a flight back to USA on the next day, but my whole family got very impressed with the view. The hotel is easily accessible (by walk) from the Rinku Town railway station and also the Rinku Town outlet mall. Overall experience was superb. "

"If you’re looking for a comfortable place to rest your head before heading elsewhere or leaving for a trip via KIX, it’s a wonderful hotel. There’s a lack of inexpensive eateries in the hotel itself, but there are various places within walking distance that have more economical dining options. For families traveling with babies, they do provide a crib (it was an Aprica pack and play sort of deal, and we have one at home so it was familiar to our baby). The view from the room was amazing as we had a corner room that overlooked the bay, and it was a rather large room. We enjoyed our brief stay, and we would be happy to come back again in the future!"

"Small rooms, unit bath with hardly any space to turn around, small toilet like baby’s, broken soap and shampoo boxes, no elevator (but ok if you stay on the ground or first floor), broken clothe hanger, only one expensive restaurant around, no public transportation nearby, the walkway from nearby (700 m) railway station is rough to break the luggage wheels in less than a min, hotel asks you extra 1500 for airport pick up and 1500 for dropping. Therefore, it is cheaper, convenient, and nice to stay in an excellent hotel nearby Rinku Town."

"Excellent stay.. great helpful staff and convenient location. Super comfy rooms, nice amount of space window seating and great showers. I loved the option for the onsen and it was super hot and relaxing. People with tattoos can also use the facilities from 12 MA-4AM.. Super safe for solo travelers- the room key will only let you go on your floor and the onsen floor. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked like it had nice options. They will also store your bag for the day while you explore around. The room was so nice, I ended up booking another night stay. Bonus: I love this station that it connects too, places to eat, a fabulous library with starbucks, pharmacy and groceries a few steps away. "
