「The location downtown & close to shopping, the lake, & the entrance to Watkins Glen gorge trail was outstanding. A QR code check in was not expected but the female employee working the creamery stepped up to help me with the process. There was no one working a front desk & no elevator. The parking spaces were extra small & cars parked over lines taking up 2 spaces. Young people were loud up until around 1am making sleep difficult. The room was clean & bed comfortable.」

「View was good as was the coffee. Needs updating.」

「Advertised as breakfast included, but it's only snack with a bottle of water and juice. Can't call it breakfast」

「Very clean well equipped room. Not fancy, but well cared for. Toilet paper was nicer than the Hilton we had been at the previous 5 days! :) A/C and a heater, as needed, wifi, parking, and not far from downtown Courtland, where we found good Mexican food. Met our need for a one night stay, reasonable cost, on our way back to Ontario from Long Island.」

「The room was clean and cozy. Shower could be updated, but very clean. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would stay the there again.」

「Other reviews have written it is very dated. Nothing broken however. No sign of dirt dust or bugs. Two small bars of soap provided in the bathroom, but no disposable plastic cup. Fortunately, I had bottled water with me for toothbrushing.」

「people were extremely nice but room was very poor condition. bathroom very poor condition. nice staff just not a place i would stay again. the location is good, rooms need total renovation.」

「I had a family emergency and had to leave a day early I lt them know at 7:00am they didn’t offer to give refund a nights stay I was mad but I will stay again」

「Nice place to stay with an excellent hotel type breakfast. I watched for awhile and if something was close to running out, it was cleaned and restocked in less than a minute. Amazing attention to the details.」
