"Clean simple large room. Had everything that was need for a short stay, and staff were very helpful. So close to central areas of Newtown."

"Room was in great condition. Pillows are awesome although the mattress had dips from previous use. The car parking overnight is expensive at $95, however I must say the valet guys are more than helpful, probably the best I have seen. Overall an above average stay. Rooms are very clean."

We were due to stay for the weekend but ended up checking out a day earlier and we never got a refund. Other than the location I would avoid at all costs. Mismatched furniture in the room and tiny bathroom. "

"Nice clean room, good air con, bit of street noise but to be expected give the location. Desk manager was lovely, kindly allowed access to the room a couple of hours early. Walking distance to Annandale with lovely cafes was a pleasant surprise. Would stay again."

"This is an adequate 2* hotel. We decided to save money on accommodation and use the savings to eat out at all the wonderful vegan cafes and restaurants in New Town. We got what we paid for and were happy. Staff very helpful. Linen clean. And hot water. Bed relatively comfortable. Very good value compared to most accommodation in Sydney. Will definitely suit the budget traveller. Small area to heat up food in microwave. Close to public transport. Free parking on side streets but not easy. Next time we would not bring car. "
