"Beautiful views, very comfortable and well designed lodging facility. It was very peaceful and cool enough that they didn’t need Aircondition. however it’s in a very rural place and there was houses on each side and two dogs tied with chains. Sorry,I just want to be honest The roads are very small and lot of turns, I expected that but not dogs tied on a chain. That’s why the location wasn’t ideal for vacationing."

"Place is as advertised but only more beautiful in person. Great spot to unwind & relax listening to the river water. The river had a couple of small lovely waterfalls & we appreciated enjoying the river after a hot day. The cabin is very cozy & comfortable. The host were very friendly & informative.We went on the tour the hosts offer and had an amazing experience. Will definitely be back and definitely will stay longer. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!"

"The property owner was great from the very beginning. The house is cozy and the beds are comfortable. I will recommend the stay. The cameras and alarm are a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and was fun listening to the roasters. Thank you Rosa for being such a great host."
