"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and well-appropriated. The staff were friendly and professional. I stayed for 4 nights/5 days and I asked for housekeeping services on day 3, which was indicated as how often they would come. I was told not today, they would come tomorrow and I agreed. However, they never came the next day or at all and I had to ask for more towels and washcloths multiple times. Also, the cable television was not working and the WiFi signal was too weak to connect my devices to the TV. As I waited for a ride after check out, another party checked in. They were informed of the TV and they were not charged for an early check in at 11am. I was offered no such deal and no compensation for the same issue. I would stay here again, but there are some kinks and customer service related things that need to be worked out before I do. Thank you."

"The rooms were very outdated and in bad repair. The walls and doors are not soundproofed, and we had neighbors who were partying all night and smoking outside which wafted into our room. The staff, however, were very helpful when we asked to switch rooms because the lock on our door and the toilet handle were both not working. Bar & cafe didn’t stay open past 10:30, even though the website said midnight. Nice staff, really run down property. Very close to everything, though. "

"Nice place to stay. Very quiet in a central location. The check in and check out process is a little too much and drawn out. Didn't know about the $200 deposit until I got there. The deposit has to be cash, which I wasnt informed about either. They have an atm in the lobby which charges the 2%. So I had no choice. Won't be staying here again as there are plenty of other hotels that require no deposit or and don't have such a complicated check in and check out."

"Nice rooms and friendly staff but be careful at the laguna restaurant which they will charge 20% tip without your permission where it is not obvious. The price of the buffet increased so it's not affordable anymore and enjoyable best to go out. I would definitely stay but not eat there . "

"We could not even stay at this hotel. Filthy, old, dirty, Scarey and noisey. Very dingy too. We have wasted our money and shame on Rosen hotel and Expedia for saying it ranks 8.4"

"Everything was great with the exception of necessary items in the kitchen, such as a frying pan, kettle of some type and lacking a pot or two! Other than that everything was excellent!"
