"Staff here are amazing! Pools and food options are good and they are in a great location. I was traveling with my parents and só we got connecting rooms. Their room was very clean and maintained, mine unfortunately was not. My room faced the water park which was cool but toilet had issue. The daily cleaning was deff rush jobs. The cherry on top were the roaches I kept finding in the bathroom. I informed the staff and their reaction or attempt to solve yhe issue was not great, maybe they are used to the roach complaints? Overall we had a great time and loved the connecting rooms and space."
