「プリンセスストリートからトラムで４駅、balfour streetが近いです。駅の周りには飲食店、スーパーマーケットがあり便利です。徒歩５分位の住宅街にあり、静かな環境です。 ホテルの目の前にバス停があり、立地はいいと思います。 チェックインの時間前でしたが、清掃している間コーヒーをサービスしてもらい少しだけ待って利用できました。 ドアが薄いのか玄関の出入りの音が少し気になりましたが？それ以外は快適でした。 ドライヤー、バスアメニティはありました。部屋は清潔でした。 良いホテルだと思います。」

「Coming into Edinburgh, I really wanted to relax and take a shower after a long journey of traveling. The shower unfortunately only produced hot water for a few moments before becoming freezing cold. I then tried to relax with tv, and I tried repeatedly to get subtitles because I’m hard of hearing and although I manage this all the time wherever I am, it wouldn’t work. 「一人旅で三泊しました。エディンバラ駅から徒歩で30分強の位置にあり、大きいスーツケースでの移動は避けた方が無難。バスも走ってますが、私は常に徒歩移動でした。施設のすぐ近くにはコープやサンズベリーなどのスーパーがあり、滞在する分にはそれなりに便利で、静かなエリアです。治安も特に不安はありません。体力に自信があれば、旧市街への移動は、カールトンヒルという大変見晴らしのいい場所を抜けて向かうのをお勧めします。なお、チェックインは1400からなので、呉々も早く付かないようご注意を。 施設はエディンバラでこの値段、ということで期待はしないこと。私は三階（二階）の屋根裏のような部屋を利用しましたが、タオルやシャンプー等最低限。共同のシャワーは凄く湯量が少ないです。季節によっては凄く寒いかも。朝食はパンと紅茶程度の簡素なものです。朝食が0830からなので、朝早くから行動する方は利用ができませんのでご注意を。 いずれにせよ、全て値段相応です。エディンバラは本当に素晴らしい街なので、節約した分楽しみましょう。」

「Due to changes in travel plans, I cancelled my stay at the property over a month before the date and immediately notified Expedia and the property directly. Over the course of the next 5 weeks, I asked the property's owner numerous times not to use my credit card to charge for the stay. Unfortunately, claiming some "cancellation policy" wording, he did.
