「l'appartement est très bien situé. Les bus et tram sont proches. Il faut être assez sportif pour monter dans le quartier pour le faire à pied. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, au RDC, calme, bien équipé, spacieux. Il fait un peu chaud dans l'appartement l'été. La climatisation serait bienvenue. 」

「Thank you ,Malin,for taking care of us. This is an amazing apartment.Everthing is ready to live. I was able to experience a daily life in NICE. The train station is close. The tram station in close. Intermarche is in front of the apartment. There are two bakeries just around the corner. We can walk to Massena area in 12 to 15 minutes on foot. One more important thing is that there is a bath tub in the room so we take a bath .We are from Japan. I recommend you this apartment.」
