「Das Apartment war für den Preis sehr gut. Es ist ein bisschen außerhalb aber trotzdem mit Auto war Mann schnell überall. Das einzige Nachteil hier ist das alles ab 22 Uhr abends zu macht und hier gar kein macht Leben ist.」

「The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations.」

「We had an excellent visit to Antibes. The efficiency apartment was an excellent place to call home for a few days. Clean, tidy and a great location in a residential area.」

「The apartment is located very centrally in Nice. We took the tram from the airport and it let us off 5 minutes from the apartment. The Promenade des Anglais is a short walk from the apartment and the area filled with restaurants and various markets. Old Nice is a short walk away. We were 10 minute walk from Nice Ville train station so we could easily get to Monte Carlo. The apartment is on a high floor in a lovely elevator building, with lovely details. The apartment is large and comfortable,...

「There are everything. I cooked about twice a day. We could use washing machine and microwave and oven. The laundry is also comfortable. It's spacious and beautiful. Karine and Sara are very kind! We had a lot of support. This area was good place, safe and convenient. When I was confused with riding on the train or bus, Nice people taught me gently! People's hearts and scenery were beautiful and I was very moved!」

「We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Malin. Het uitzicht was schitterend en de locatie super handig. Goed bereikbaar met tram en bus (maar ook te voet) en leuk gelegen in de haven. Malin is een hele fijne flexibele host!」

「Très beau séjour dans cet appartement bien aménagé et très bien situé dans le beau quartier du Suquet. Tout est accessible à pieds, de belles balades et des rue piétonnes pleines de restaurants et boutiques super sympa !」

「Stayed for a week and was overall happy with everything. It is a great location and I would recommend Cagnes Sur Mer as a place to stay - it is a lovely little French town. However, the mattresses in the apartment were quite hard and uncomfortable and on that basis, I would not stay here again」

It was well-situated in the city centre, very close to the sea and the historical areas of Antibes. We enjoyed the Christmas area on the streets of the city. Thanks for the hospitality! 「Wir haben uns zum wiederholten Male sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, die Nähe zum Strand, die Betreuung vor Ort, alles bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.」

「Although it's not walking distance from old town Nice, you can't beat the relaxing view. Public transportation was easy to access and figure out. The apartment itself was older, but it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband got sick and stayed inside most of the time but he did enjoy the TV time and view. Basic necessities were helpful, including the grocery cart, umbrellas and beach mat.」
