"We were booked at the Grand Canyon Lodge on the north rim. When we learned of the fire and, ultimately, the unfortunate destruction of the lodge we quickly pivoted our trip to the south rim. Franz & Danielle literally saved our vacation and provided an experience that could not have happened with our previous plans. The home was lovely and had all of the amenities we could have hoped for. It fit our family perfectly and we all agreed that we'd love to come back and stay again in the future. Our teens loved Flagstaff and the hot tub on property. The opportunity to live among the Ponderosa pines in such a quiet and secluded neighborhood was the ultimate relaxation needed after hiking in the Grand Canyon. Thank you so much for such an easy and pleasant experience!"

"Property was as described. Beautiful scenery, room for the kids to run and play. They really enjoyed just swinging on the swingset in nature. Rooms were comfortable and host was responsive. We did not use hot tub but it was hot and ready. Definitely a great place in the woods but drivable to anywhere."
"This is an ideal cabin with amazing views in a great location, plenty of room for 3 traveling adult couples (more if you also bring kids), very well equipped, super clean, open space. Fabulous place year round. Look forward to coming back for a winter trip and head up to Snowbowl just up the hill. Thank you for sharing your lovely place. "

"Amazing property. 1.7 fenced acres, great for our dog to run. Backs right to National Forest land, trails out the back door. Spacious cabin, would have never known that it was off grid. No issues with power or water. Big kitchen/dining area. Would definitely stay here again. "
"We were very happy with the house. It was extremely clean, great location, beautiful view and worked great for our family of 9.The coffee maker was broken upon arrival and the guest contact Troy had a new one sent out right away. Our check in door code never worked but Evolve customer service gave us a code to use for the week.Overall I’d definitely recommend this property!"
