"Debbie at the front desk was absolutely incredible. so so sweet, and so helpful with tips & places to go with our kiddos. our room was cleaned by Guadalupe R, and she did a phenomenal job. i appreciate the fact that they leave their name! everything in the room worked, all the outlets, lamps, fridge & tv. lots of other kids in the hotel at the time, so it was nice knowing it was a lot of parents that had some chaos of their own. we didn’t try to the lounge downstairs, but ohhhh my goodness it smelt incredible!! overall extremely happy with the experience!! "

"The rooms were clean and booked right next to each other so that helped us coordinate the activities easier. They had tons of informative brochures about the area as well. It is directly across from a veterans memorial that was so beautiful at sunrise!"

"Older hotel but overall FANTASTIC stay! The staff was amazing! I brought my English Bulldog and they placed us on the first floor without me having to ask, they also placed the other 2 rooms (parties) with me next to my room. There were 4 other dogs staying next to us, so extremely pet friendly. I will stay again if I’m ever in Williams. "

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Service from staff was great. Especially the staff during the evening /night shift. So friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lacking variety. Missed not having proper tea! Otherwise overall a good stay in a cute town. "
