We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. A cut above: This is a quality hotel in an ideal location, nicely appointed, excellent staff and service, quiet spacious rooms, comfortable furniture and pillows, ample amenities including a nice breakfast (that changes daily), and a convenient checkout time. We’re truly looking forward to our next stay.

This is a very nice and well-managed hotel. The staff were great, including housekeeping. The room was good, modern, and clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The free breakfast is sort of standard average hotel breakfast fare, but adequate. We felt we chose the right hotel for us in Flagstaff.

Very clean and comfortable. Central location. There were no Gluten free options so I was not able to eat breakfast due to my allergy. In the evenings there was rarely any staff to help or answer questions.

There is a lot of good about this place free Breakfast was top-notch they even have homemade cookies put out during the day. The heater and Fridge worked great. all staff seemed helpful and friendly. location was good and parking was easy. Parking may be additional $6 a day if you use a 3rd party app but I didn't mind really. some advice I would give this place is remove the bar soap and maybe one of the lotions for liquid bodywash and hand soap. The pillows were just average could be improved. Also, there is only 1 single elevator maybe try to fill the lower hotel rooms first to reduce wait times which is a minor issue. I'll give this place a strong 4 1/2 stars and recommend.

We really liked the fact that there was coffee and cookies available in the lobby. We also liked that the property had covered parking. The breakfast selection was nice but we would have preferred some non-dairy options-milk/yogurt :) The property was in a great location and walkable to so many desired places. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The property was quiet and staff was nice:):)
