Hotel is actively breaking the law by charging people with service dogs with a $20 cleaning fee. Rooms were falling apart with cracks in the walls and the sheets had stains in them. Locks on the door were uninstalled or not properly fitted.

My room had cold floors, the heater was controlled to not go above 75, the water was warm cold not warm hot, the TV lost its volume when the TV was powered off, you can hear Tia’s traffic and the train. Bring your own soap and shampoo, bring your own coffee pot, bring your own white noise, and the WIFI password is on the light switch by the door. You pay for what you get and you get what you pay for.
