I hate when people use the shower as a urinal as the smell lingers, and it seemed that was the case with the bathroom. Everything was clean, but that smell….."

"Hotel offers amazing views, close to cruise pier, and area attractions with Hop on/off bus stop right outside hotel. Staff was great. Very friendly, helpful, and courteous. We got off our cruise ship and were able to walk to hotel and check our luggage until check in time while we went exploring. VIP upgraded room had a French balcony allowing for a beautiful view. Given a 20% off coupon as part of VIP upgrade for dining in hotel restaurant. Food was delicious! Would definitely stay there again if in Vancouver!"
