"Great location, easy to find. Very happy with the place. We had a lovely walk to the beach and the lounge chairs on the lanai were fabulous, so relaxing in the morning listening to all the birds. Our kids slept great on the sofa bed. The only thing I noticed that was a little annoying was the water pressure and using the A/c, it would only work on fan mode? But maybe the kids pressed the wrong button on the remote? We had a great experience over all! Thank you! "

"The place was a great location for where we were planning on traveling, and close to the airport! The town close by was great for food and souvenir shops.The place was a little dirty. Walking barefoot in the place, our feet got dirty and had to wash them off before going to bed. Some of the dishes were dusty and had to wash them before using.The bed is smaller than a queen, and sleeping was difficult with all the noice. It’s next to a busy road, and the A/C unit was very loud, but needed to keep it on to stay cool.Communication with the host was great, and was generous to let us check-in sooner with our early flight in, and stay later with our flight being later in the day."

"We chose this place because of its close proximity to Mama’s Fish House, Pa’ia, world-renowned beaches, and the airport. It was perfect on all accounts, and we appreciated that is was confortable and up-to-date with everything you need, and the owner was great with communications."

"This was a wonderful place to stay in with my small family. Our host was wonderful and very communicative. Everything was clean and tidy and welcoming. Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again when we are in town."

"Absolutely perfect accommodations! It was very well equipped, perfectly clean & a fantastic location. One thing I would note is that it is on the second floor and there isn’t an elevator so you need to be able to carry your luggage. But other than that, I would highly recommend this condo."

"The apartment was nice & clean, & looked good. We liked the location, & being able to walk to Mama’s Beach. It was beautiful, & we saw turtles. The host included directions to get to the beach, which was very helpful. We only stayed one night, & thought, as adults, we could tolerate sleeping on the sleeper sofa. We were wrong about that. I did ask the host about it, & he did include a mattress topper to help, but it did not go well. The springs have worn out, so you get pressed into the bar, in the bed. I would only recommend that sleeper to children. The bed in the bedroom seemed fine, but we let the elderly couple with us take the bedroom."

"My unit was spotless and had everything I needed. The location was ideal for me and I enjoyed being so near Paia for excellent shopping and meals. The little Kuau Store is just steps away and has delicious coffee, poke, pastries, sandwiches and anything else you could want for your stay, including a full selection of wines and spirits. The beautiful little beach near world famous Mama’s Fish House is very close and easy to walk to in just a matter of minutes. If you were lucky enough to have a reservation at Mama’s you are in for a delicious experience! Kelly was very accessible and easy to communicate with and made sure my stay was comfortable. She was super!I highly recommend this condo and look forward to future stays."
