Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The curb appeal isn’t the best but our room was beautiful, clean and smelled fresh. The staff was outstanding. They were so welcoming and helpful. Inside the elevator is a list of daily activites. That was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, carefully maintained, and excellent front desk staff - helped w communication and transfers, even responding to texts immediately. Overall strong feeling of being welcomed ! Excellent choice if stay close to airport and town needed. Airport free shuttle, and close to bus lines if not renting a car. Right next/ on a beach, but pool available and liked by all. Some games on loan. Great outdoor place to lounge and enjoy the breeze, sit in the sun, or watch cruise ships leave at dusk, have dinner and listen to live music. All American breakfast, abundant, disposable utensils. Coffee and hot chocolate + fruit available 24/7. (Loved as I do not drink coffee!) . Will happily book again!

This is a very nice property on the water not far from the airport. We were only on Maui for 2 days so we liked the convenient location for the drive to Hana and also getting to Lahaina and Kaanapali. The problem was that we didn't have hot water for our entire stay. We reported it and also mentioned it at checkout. I feel that hot water is a basic expectation for a hotel stay especially for the price we paid. I think that we're entitled to a credit to make up for the lack of hot water but, after inquiring about it, we have received nothing so far. That was 4 weeks ago.

Hampton inn and suits Maui North shore is very clean, staffs are so nice and respectful. the beach view is beautiful but I can not swim due to not safety there, the water is kind of deep. Breakfast is wonderful.

The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the soundproofing was extremely poor. Noise from the neighboring rooms and road was clearly audible throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, I could barely get any sleep at all.
