"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "

The atmosphere is peaceful and cosy, making it a great place to experience a more traditional side of Japan. And a special mention to Kirin-chan, the duck they have at reception — absolutely adorable! 🐤😂 Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy an authentic Japanese experience."

"The staff was excellent and the food/meals were amazing. The seki saba and aji sashimi as well as the bungo beef were delicious and a must try. We really enjoyed that you get to use one of the four onsen for yourself/your party for 1 hour, just make sure you go at the designated time slot and the onsen you chose. There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use...
