Villas At Regal Palms

"I had an outstanding stay at the Villas at Regal Palms! We stayed in a 4-bedroom house that was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was a wonderful touch to find the kitchen and bathrooms already stocked with some essential supplies, which made settling in so much easier. The gated community feels very safe and secure, making it a great environment for a relaxing vacation. Some minor issues were the presence of some tiny sugar ants in the house. I reached out to the management company regarding this, but unfortunately, I never received a response. It’s worth noting that Regal Palms handles the pool amenities and check-in/out process, while the individual units are often managed by separate companies, so communication can be a bit fragmented. The other issue is that the carpet upstairs is very old and gross looking and can be updated with flooring. Despite that, we really enjoyed our time and would certainly consider staying here again."

"Decent typical rental home for the overall price. Host was very responsive. The thermostat was fixed at 72 degrees with no way to adjust. My only suggestion would be to allow guests to adjust within a preset range."

"I will start by saying that we travel to Orlando every year, staying in new properties each time. This is the first property we have repeat-stayed at and we are already looking forward to staying again! We travel outside of Orlando as well and have never had such an amazing house or hosts in our eleven years of vacationing! The home is beautifully decorated and is meticulously cleaned before arrival. It is amazingly stocked. The hosts provide everything you could imagine. If you forget something, it is likely there! We last minute decided to do a beach day at Cocoa...no big deal. They had chairs, a wagon, pop up tents, and boogie boards. Want to shop but did not bring your stroller? They have you covered with double strollers and car seats! Also, every single year (aside from here), we have had to buy pots and pans. but not here! The kitchen has everything you can think of and then some! The pool is amazing. We spent about 40 hours swimming through the week. They have plenty of seating, volleyball, and a lot of pool toys and floaties. We appreciated the safety net and back door locks since we were traveling with little ones. We spent quite a bit of time in the game room as well.The hosts are easy to reach if you have an issue and checked on us throughout the week to make sure things were going okay and we had all we needed. They were so kind and helpful! The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The house truly is a home away from home and not just a rental! We'll be back!"

"This was an amazing value! The house is in wonderful condition- perfect for a family with children. My son and I stayed here for a few days and I am so sad to leave! The bedrooms are very comfortable. There were a lot of supplies that came in handy such as laundry soap and pool floats. The pool is gorgeous, such a wonderful amenity. However the host was what made this property exceed all expectations. Rohan was so communicative, made sure I had a smooth check in and answered all questions beforehand. He was an outstanding host and I would love to rent from him again. The location was excellent for Disney, Universal and Sea World. Close enough to enjoy the magic but far enough to really relax and unplug in this quiet community (Highland Reserves). I will definitely stay here again on our next Florida trip."

"The home was perfect for my family vacation. There was ample space to accommodate everyone, with plenty of beds, restrooms and sitting areas. Very convenient with cribs in the bedrooms, as well as strollers and other baby items, pool toys and a major plus the gas grill is included at no additional fee. I loved the pool with the hot tub attached and the safety fence around the pool. The home was clean and very organized. My family enjoyed our vacation and our stay at the house was perfect!!!"

"An amazing villa situated in a peaceful community. Everything matched the property description and we had a great stay. The pool deck (with hot tub) is large and both are heated so very comfortable. The view is so relaxing with the occasional golfer losing their ball in the rough! The interior was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - perfect for those evenings in post the theme park visits. We liked the spaciousness of the villa as we have two older children who need their own space (and bathrooms). Communication from the host was excellent throughout - and we knew were to go to with any issues (which there weren't). A really 5 star experience and we'd love to return. Thank you for making our vacation special!"
