"Greg was a great host! He gave detailed instructions on codes. Also lots of restaurant suggestions!-He was quick to respond with any questions. The decorations were each better than the next! So close to beach access! The pool and beach access were great! The parking space, utility shed and elevator were so close to each other. Having a stocked kitchen was great! Washer and dryer worker well! One helpful idea, put the WI-FI ID & password on refrigerator or counter."

"What an amazing home for a long weekend getaway to the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were super comfortable, and the pool was relaxing after a day on the sand. Greg was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. Great accommodations for adults getaway or multifamily vacation."

"We had a great time! The house is very nice and clean. Appliances all worked properly. I loved that the kitchen was on the second of three floors. It's a short walk to the beach, which was clean and beautiful as well. The pool was great and we used it alot after coming back from the beach. Each room has its own tv and all the remotes work. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house, the deck/porch that goes all the way around the house was really nice!There is a lot to do in the area within 30 minutes. The little store in Sandbridge Bridge is well stocked and reasonably priced. The bar/restaurant next door has good food and had activites 3 nights of our week. Zeros sub were delicious as well!"

"This was a great property for our needs. It was big enough to accommodate a multigenerational family vacation. The location is steps from the beach and having a pool was great. The house was clean upon arrival and check in was smooth. The house is older, could use updating, but the price was right and there wasn’t a complaint from anyone in our large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!"

"Pretty good overall for the price, not perfect. House was clean and in good shape. The garage and pool were a bit of a mess though. I ended up cleaning the pool myself so my kids could swim in it. The pool was large and had plenty of room to play, but the deeper part is very small if you like that. The walk to the beach is manageable if you are in decent shape and not carrying much. It’s tough if you have kids or elderly with you. One thing that did disappoint us: no smart TVs. I guess I assumed that was a given in 2026. Could use an upgrade there. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly option."

"This house was amazing!! So much room for our very large group. The kitchen was amazing - so well stocked! The pool and Cabana was a definate highlight with the refrigerator and place to prepare snacks and plenty of chairs. The proximity to the beach was also a huge plus. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We are hoping to come back."
