「Simple but clean and well-placed accommodations. One night stay during a road trip at OBX. Perfectly placed as a staging point for our next day's itinerary of visiting Hatteras and Ocracoke. Minimal kitchen supplies, but all we needed for reheating some leftovers. IT would have been difficult to cook "homemade" meals. Also, FYI the hot tub/pool facilities are at the main hotel about a mile away, not at the cottage itself. Not a problem for my trip, but may confuse others. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this motel. The staff were incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful, answering all our questions about the accommodations and the surrounding area. The efficiency apartment was spotless and welcoming, and the beds were comfortable for a restful night's sleep.Additionally, the beach is just a short drive away—only a couple of miles. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay」

「Very clean with cute decor and plenty of space! We enjoyed the house very much. My only comment would be that in the listing, it describes being a 3 min walk to OBX beaches. However, that is for the OBX Motel property which owns this house, and not this house itself. It was about a 7 min drive to the nearest beach from this property. Not a deal-breaker, but worth noting. Other than that, excellent property and property management. 」

「Beautifully furnished immaculate home with easy beach access. Centrally located near stores and restaurants. Loved the decks and deck furniture - fun evening on the deck feeling like we were “ in the trees.” A lot of love went into this place. Lots of nice “extras”: a keurig with coffee pods, tea bags and tea kettle, books and games , beach towels to name a few. Although there is no beach view, you still feel like you are on the beach. Highly recommended!」

「We stayed 12 nights at the Surfin C Gull. Upon arrival, the Front Door Lock and Entry Code worked perfectly... a first for us. We looked around and found the house was very clean and the appliances were new. The king bed mattresses were very firm... a little too much for me, but good for my wife. The big screen Sharp/Roku TV in the living room worked well; we were able to cast our DirecTV app's output to it without problem.
