You block other tenants in the off street parking so if someone needs to get out, you have to get back from the city to move your car. Heat definitely did not work. Only positive was the location, 」

It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays.」

「It's a spacious two-bedroom unit in an old wooden house without adequate reinforcement of its structures. Walking in the room or someone walking upstairs or in staircase can produce loud noises from loosened wood structures. Kitchen was not adequately cleaned. Countertop still had marks left from uncleaned dish plates. The dish rack was partly rusted. Cooktop, coffee maker, frig, etc. were all in good working condition, but not enough cooking utensils were available. It's a two-bedroom...
