「I arrived earlier than check-in time, but they made me a cup of tea and let me wait in the dining room while the room was being prepared. Breakfast was lovely and delicious with generous portion and wide variety of choice. I would definitely like to stay again if I go back to Harrogate in the future. 」

「Michael and Denys were perfect hosts. When I arrived I was met with a friendly welcome and shown to my room. Throughout my stay they were always on hand to answer any queries and served a wonderful breakfast. The place was clwan and tidy with great facilities.」

The only thing that we found with room as it was on the 3rd level the furniture layout was a bit cramped and also as we are of a age of 75 felt getting in and out of the bath for either a bath or a shower the height of the bath somewhat high to get in and out of.But apart from these minor things we found the hotel was fantastic and just right to the main town area.」

「My daughter & I were given the kind of room you would find in your old granny's house. It was dark & gloomy, stuffy and needed updating. There was little light due to the fact that the room was boxed on all sides by other rooms, as we were on the first floor, this created a 'well effect' outside the window. The beds were high, which would not have mattered had there been a further chair - it meant one of us sitting on the bed with legs dangling, which was not very relaxing. Neither of us...

「We had an excellent stay at the Double Tree. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very welcoming to dogs which was great for us. The location is also good with a short walk to the centre of everything. We would stay again.」
