Very clean and well maintained. The property was beautiful and everything looked freshly done. The rooms were a great size. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only meal we had there was breakfast, but everything tasted so good and it was a great selection. We feel the price was very reasonable.We hope we get to stay there again.

We had a lovely welcome to the hotel, parked up early so we could explore Harrogate. Hotel is really well located for this it’s a short stroll into the centre. When we checked in we were really impressed with the room beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Had everything you could need. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Check in was smooth and staff were friendly. Our room wasn’t very clean, the side tables were dusty and the floor had sequins and residue from the previous guests. There was also a lot of hair dotted around. Breakfast was as you would expect. Rooms were at least quiet.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were given a free drink because it was our anniversary which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean and well supplied but would have been nice to have a better view. The hotel is very well situated opposite the park and within a short walk from the town.

This hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location! The breakfast room/restaurant room is absolutely stunning!! The bedrooms are beautiful too, with a great en-suite and comfortable bed. The only things that let it down are the really bad wi-fi (not great when you’re trying to look up routes for exploring the area or restaurants to go to) and no mini fridge in the room (mainly for medication that needs to be refrigerated). If those could be fixed this place would be perfect!!!
