Onsen is great but shared with the public too; so it does get busy and with a lot of locals. It’s a really nice facility with sauna, cold bath, honey bath, outside bathtubs and a carbonated bath to name a few. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend, especially if you’re going to universal. "

Highly recommend booking Park view, you get views of all the rollercoasters lit up at night and also Hogwarts castle, Jurassic park and Super Mario. Will definitely stay again on our next trip."
