"This property was an unexpected jewel for a very reasonable price! The house was exceptionally clean and the online photos don’t do it justice. The host was very responsive to any and all questions. I definitely recommend this property!"

"Property was great, not perfect, but everything we expected and more, for the price. Immediate neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Surrounding neighborhood felt a bit sketchy after dark. We were 15-20 minutes from almost everything that we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Pros:- Owner was very friendly and prompt when we asked to change dates. - The place was very clean.- Neighbors were quiet.- Price was the lowest we could find.- Proximity to the city.Cons:- A/C struggled to keep up with hotter days. There was one day we cooked dinner and the rest of the night our inside temperature was over 80 degrees. Our room didn't have any vents or a fan so that was a bad night.- The area isn't great, but again we had no problems, it was just an eyesore.- Bathroom was quite outdated but very functional.- One of the beds was broken/not level."
