「Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun...

「We loved our stay here! It was clean, beautiful, and quiet. My husband and I and our 4 children (ages 2-11) fit comfortably. I was worried about the noise reviews but it was quiet despite them being completely booked. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Staff was friendly, grounds were clean. There was an option to get our placed cleaned once during our 3 night stay but couldn't fit into their scheduled, so it didn't happen but that was okay. 「My friend and I came down for a girls got away and we found that this property was just beautiful! Everything was clean and brand new and the view was amazing. The customer service was great as well. They checked in with us daily to make sure that everything was going well and that we had everything we need. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone going to the treasure Island area!」

「Online showed what I would call an old photo Lounge chairs and chairs and umbrellas not set up for you. Sign them out and then walk 200 yards to beach carrying all your belongings. They are not like the picture. Room and hotel very clean. Great workers. The pool and bar both underwhelming. Bartender was great.」

「Nice room, a little small but adequate, although an outside area for sitting (private) would have been nice. Excellent location across a busy street from a beautiful beach with a shady gazebo to sit in and next to a jet ski rental! Anna Maria Free Shuttle takes you up and down the island and runs every 20 minutes, with a stop very close by. Walking distance to the "Bridge Street" shopping and dining block!」

「We had a spot on the 2nd floor on the very end near the entrance, and the unit had carpet that seemed damp whem we came in. No smell, was super clean, large and luxurious beds etc but carpet should go. The check in was amazing. Loved the pool, the restaurant, the staff and the.little beach was wonderful. There is a strong odor outside from the water that smelled lile sulfur. We werent sure what causes that, but it didnt affect the pool area, only the beach and environs..I read that it might be...
