「Great neighborhood. Loved the variety of pools/hot tub options! Absolutely loved the fact that they had a pool for my toddler, and she certainly loved that too! The only thing that caught me by surprise was having to pay to park and buy everyone staying an armband, which was not mentioned when I booked the room, it actually said “free parking” 」

「After a nine hour drive, we arrived to a house that was 94 degrees. The air conditioning was not working. This should have been caught by someone before arrival but it wasn’t. WiFi name provided was non-existent as well. They did call a repair person who was not an AC certified technician. Who determined that it was a signal problem from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit. VRB did provide us another property which was awesome so they did do right by us.
