「The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. 」

「This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is completely run down, with mold and broken tiles in the shower. The faucet knobs were broken, and the shower wouldn't even turn off. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, the beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested clean towels or a broom to sweep the room. 」

「The soap and shampoo was out didn’t have any front desk said waiting on shipment you don’t wait until you out then order supplies breakfast everything was out no waffles no juice fruit looked old not fresh no oatmeal just a bad breakfast smelled liked weed during my stay the hotel does not deserve the ratings it had it was probably a high 3 will never stay at that hotel again it’s in the same group as roadway and hotel 6 just trashie hotels」

「Staff members are friendly and responsive. The elevators have long needed refurbishing. They are in poor condition and have a terrible smell. Rooms themselves are clean and comfortable.」

「The room was clean. There was some cracking dry wall or maybe the drywall tape was coming off I'm not sure. We also were on the top floor, so might have cause that. Not a big deal. Didn't affect our stay. I have 2 main complaints. One being the housekeeping issue. You're on the beach. There's going to be so much sand, yet housekeeping will only come by and clean I think on the 3rd day? Or maybe that's when you can get towels without asking? A full clean on the 4th day. 「It was fine if the price was actually what I paid. But they charged my card over 100 for insurance and never paid it back. I ended up paying over 160 for a very run down motel basically and didnt hardly use the room at all except to sleep.」

I asked about checking out the day before and was told no refund was available. 「Upon arrival the room smelled like freshly smoked weed. Second night someone pull the fire alarm and everyone was awaken early morning. There was no Continental breakfast as usual. Appliances need to be replaced. Floors were not clean. Air conditioner was old and ran very loud. You have to park across the street if hotel parking lot is full. 」
