「The room was clean and well stocked. The front desk clerk at check in was kind. The clerk at checkout was kind and knowledgeable about the breakfast, which was well appreciated. Breakfast was great and the ladies that served us were wonderful! Well done all around!」

「fine」

「I received bug bites in my room. When I told the attendant at the front desk my room had bugs, she told me she would not check the room, or put me in a different room, or refund my purchase, and that if I had a problem with the room I should check out. Then when I tried to check out she refused to let me check out. I left the hotel and spent the night at the airport. My boyfriend booked the trip for me and called the hotel: she hung up on him and refused to talk to him.」
