「The place was just as described. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. 「This is an older property but very well maintained. There’s a slight “older wood” smell, not dirty or musty. The location was perfect—we could walk to the beach anytime. The provided wagon, sand toys, chairs, and floaties were so useful, and our unit was right next to the large pool (there are two). The kids and I loved swimming while my husband could watch and wave from the balcony. It was quiet in mid-September; we hardly saw anyone. The host was kind and flexible, and we enjoyed the board...

「Such a cozy house. My family really enjoyed our stay!! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood located right by the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Not far from a dollar store, Walmart, multiple restaurants and the beach. The back yard was perfect for the kidos the play outside and for the adults to relax. The rooms were prefect. Kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos we needed. Thank you so much for the much needed get away in such a welcoming home. 」

「While we stayed this house was very pretty and nice and cool even with the summer heat outside. Definitely tons of space and plenty of blankets and towels. The dishes are very clean and oven works great. I love how we didn't have to keep track of a key. I also love how the backyard has lights making it very pretty and homelike. However, we did have some strang things happen late at night while there. We kept hearing footsteps coming from the livingroom when we were laying in bed to go to sleep....

「Enjoyed the location and the comfort of the home. The added bonus of the hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed. The master bed was comfortable but very small. Husband had to sleep on coach or other room. That bed was uncomfortable for his back. Would have liked to have a tv in the bedroom. The kitchen was awesome as well as the bathrooms. Any question I had was answered very . Will definitely book this property again.」
