「Helpful staff」

「Run and stay away from this place. Walking in you could immediately smell mildew. Upon inspection there were several mold spots through out the room. We also found dog feces under the desk, human hair on the bed, crumbling plaster on the ceiling and walls, mold on the air vents. It was disgusting. And only gave a 20% discount when told about the problems the next day.」

「Coffee was very limited , no sugar substitute. Property was under going renovations so there was furniture and junk furniture everywhere. New flooring was very clean ,, don't wear white socks. The new new owners seem to be investing heavily into the place , we were there at a bad time in the process.」

「Clean hotel, besides a lamp shade in the breakfast area which needed to be replaced, the property was in very good shape. Breakfast and staff were very good.」

「The room felt damp. The outside temp was very hot, so that might have attributed to that. The air conditioner worked fine, perhaps a dehumidifier is needed. Otherwise, zero complaints. Rooms and hotel were very clean and staff helpful. Would recommend」

「Nothing!! Never had anyone clean the room the 3 days or bring clean linen or towels. The people who are living in the motel were out there, rubbing up their motor at all hours and all through the day when we were there. You couldn’t park anywhere near your room because of the regular to stay there I guess. Also, there was drug dealing going on in the parking lot, me and my grandson witnessed. From one of the people who live there. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to anybody. I was so unsatisfied...

「My original suite wasn’t ready at 4:00 so they put me in a same size handicapped room. Next day, Large spider is the room. Also had 2 more medium spiders . Gave another room it was dirty, Given another room. Had to move to a smaller room wanted to charge same price. Ac sounded like a loud boat motor and toilet ran all night. Other than that, it was ok. After all that only received $50 credit!! Manager never came out to talk or apologize. Desk clerks were really nice and professional!」

「Quick stop before going to Orlando, was clean, decent breakfast and bed was comfortable」

「The rooms were very comfortable and they had amenities that most don’t have in this price range, such as Kleenex, make-up removers etc. The hallway carpet was worn and stained needing replacement. Breakfast was good.」

「I stayed just one night due to the early morning flight next day. Because this hotel provides free shuttle between the hotel and the airport, it was so helpful for me. Staff are supportive and efficient and the bed was comfortable.」

「Check In was quick and easy and the Staff were absolutely awesome! I thought I was on a Cruise ship. Breakfast beats any Hotel Breakfasts I've ever had and I've had alot. Bar on site, 24 hr restaurant, great stay.」
