「We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Pensacola. The location was nice and central to anywhere we wanted to drive to, and the place itself was clean, comfortable, and came with pots and pans to cook with. Great find and would recommend, especially for the price point. Didn't give full stars on everything. 「This is an awesome little space. You can Is see the ocean from the little front porch. And its a 40 second walk to the water. It had everything we needed. Will definately be staying here again. Oh, there is a convience store right next door.」

「My husband, my almost 4 year old, and i stayed here for the weekend. It was the perfect size for us. We were able to sit on the patio and enjoy listening to the rain on the bay. We went down to the small beach and saw many different types of crabs which was a great leaening opportunity for my kiddo! We will definitely be back!」

「We loved location, view, and home. We brought our two children and it was a little tight but for price and view we made the best of it. It was kind of in a dark place going to the room. There was some lighting during the day but still seemed dark. It seemed like there was better lighting at night though for some reason. We didnt have any problems though. We would stay here again!」

「I had the most perfect stay on this beautiful beach! The condo is wonderful! Loved the location and it was so relaxing to sit on the outdoor patio overlooking the gulf. Beach service was great! The condo has everything for making meals (even a toaster and blender). You would need to walk a ways or drive a few minutes to area restaurants but you can also get food delivery right to your door…which I did since I didn’t have a car. Bed was really comfy!!」

「This was the perfect place to stay, as every little detail was covered! From kpods and coffee creamer to a toothbrush and shaving cream in case you forgot. She even welcomed us with wine, snacks and a sweet note. The bedroom has a “charging station” with chargers for any type cell phone. Very clean and nicely decorated too!」

(Jun 24-July 1st)The first day we get there I realize the fridge is not working at all and the sheets/ pillow cases/ bedding smelled like it had not been cleaned. So I decided I could clean the sheets myself so I did. The fridge being broke was out of my control though so I called the maintenance number and the lady said she would write a maintenance ticket and they would fix it. 3 days go by nobody showed up to look or fix the fridge. 「I’ll start with the good- it was the perfect spot for us for vacation. The property was very clean and had plenty for us to do. We walked to the water and played in the pool and stopped for ice cream a couple times. The setup was great! The mattress however was awful. I felt like I was sleeping in hole- mostly because I was. So that part was definitely a let down. I didn’t rest well the entire trip but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would likely go back again one day! 」
