「Upon checking in at 1AM, I found out that I had a double booking with the hotel because the night manager on duty had told me about it. Because it was not showing up on my Expedia account, he was kind enough to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. Without his assistance, I would have been double charged without my knowledge, and I can only express my appreciation for such extended service for the very late arrival guest. Thank you!!!」

「This is a unique property. Perfect for getting away. Quite, very little to do on the property which is perfect for a truely relaxing get away. Kitchen is set up for cooking your own meals. There is no food available on the premises but a great breakfast spot close by and Brattleboro is also an easy drive away.」

「This hotel provided everything I wanted and needed for my stay. It is, as usual, professional, comfortable, and high quality.」

「The Old Mill is a great, unique hotel for staying in Western MA. The room was well decorated to match the historic usage of the building. Also, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. It’s very convenient for getting around by I91 and 5&10. The area is beautiful in the fall.」
