「リッチや部屋は最高でした 初日メールボックスにカギ無く苦労した キッチンの換気扇が動かない シャワーの扉仕切りが無く使いづらい」

「Our family had a lovely stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Chinatown is just downstairs and heaps of food choices all day. The property manager was very friendly, informative, and made the check-in process smooth. We also appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in (for an additional fee), which was very helpful after our trip. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom exhaust fan, as it didn’t clear the steam well after...

「Great property.」

「Great experience! The apartment is beautiful - newly renovated and very stylish. It felt extremely clean and fresh. The bed is super comfortable too - king sized. The host was great and thought of every detail, including a beach bag with towels for the awesome nearby beaches. The apartment is walkable to the best neighborhoods and restaurants. It was our first time in Sydney and we loved the location. Highly recommend! 」

「The place had the essentials we needed. It only has a full bed and a twin, didn’t notice it was just a full bed in the listing. It’s a busy street, thus very noisy. We didn’t use the balcony as it’s right over the busy Elizabeth street. It was nice having the washer and dryer. The area was ok.」

「Unit was a little dated but clean, easy check in,close to most of everything, friendly staff, mostly everything you need in the unit, the only negative was the door lock, uses keys and no door locks inside and door hinges are noisy」

「A wonderful, central, clean apartment with a parking spot.」

「The room and ensuite were great, and only a short walk away from Central station and the city trams. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and recently renovated. There was also a communal kitchen available down the hallway. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Check-in process was very easy too. We will look to stay there again upon our next visit to Sydney.」

「Modern, clean fully equipped kitchen in a lovely location with everything you need for a pleasant stay.」

「Location is great, close to central station and shopping. Apt is large, everything you need. All hard surfaces were dusty on arrival, I thought I paid cleaning fee? Broom needs to be replaced. Vacuum cleaner useless, only runs for 15 seconds and no suction! Bathroom needs better lighting and a good clean, some mould on tile walls & floor, very dusty exhaust fan. Need shelving in shower for products instead of floor! Air con unit filters were filthy! only mirror is in the bathroom, a full length...
