「We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. Da migliorare le indicazioni per entrare in casa e trovare l appartamento. Keybox ok e facile da trovare. Con un po' di adattamento siamo stati bene」

「Really looks nicer online than the reality of in-person. It smells like mold and has 20 lamps to light it. If I were much younger and roughing it, it'd be suitable. But it definitely lacks comfort. Location is great, though.」
