「I made a reservation at this hotel. But, due to my mistake, the reservation was not completed and I was unable to stay at this hotel. Seeing my distress, a female hotel staff kindly helped me find another hotel. Although I was unable to stay at this hotel, I can assure that the staff are very wonderful.」

「The hotel is consistently clean, quiet and nice. We feel safe and know the rooms are updated regularly and are well maintained. I think they could invest in some new towels but the ones we used were white, clean and acceptable. The bed is way too hard for my husband but the sheets are soft and the pillows are nice.
