「I stayed here 3 months ago and it was great. Unfortunately this weekend had MANY kids tournaments of kids. So there were kids running up and down the corridors riding luggage racks, yelling. Called front desk at 9:50pm. "Well, we cant do anything til 10pm". Very disappointing. 3 nights didnt receive any turndown service. Breakfast is always good. But not a great service and 3 nights lack of sleep」

It is difficult for service oriented companies to find quality people who can take a suggestion and make it an opportunity to convey the customer’s message was heard and welcomed.」
