"It was very clean and met standards "

"Valet parking was easy and worth the extra money to be able to take your car in and out of it a few times during your stay. Hotel room had great views on the 18th floor with tall ceilings. Room was clean and had everything I needed and lots of space. The bathroom barn door style was sticking at one point and maintenance came immediately to fix it. Friendly staff. Comfy beds great location to shopping, river walk, parks, Navy Pier. no complaints. "

The room, itself, was not all that clean, and the toilet was very close to the bed. I might have managed by myself but my wife was deeply upset, so we asked for our money back and booked a room at a nationally recognized chain for about $100 more for the night. , which "
