Great view of Mt.Fuji.

Better than expected, spacious room, good buffet breakfast, pleasant staff. Walkable (30 minutes) to the hot springs (Onsen) near the Premium outlet shops which is a must do, together with a massage package which was a once in a lifetime experience for me. Unfortunately, did not see Mt. Fuji during my stay as the weather was cloudy. I stayed for 2 nights before heading to Osaka from Gotemba station.

Excelente, muy buena atención

We had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji and the city as hotel is well elevated above the city. Very peaceful. Did not do breakfast, but dinner was an excellent experience for the price. Staff was courteous and friendly. Free parking, free morning coffee on 5th floor. Short Drive to Lake Ashi and sites.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to sightsee comfortably without our bags. They also offered a wonderful complimentary breakfast. place very nice, clean and convenient location to access to where we wanted to visit.

Lovely people, very clean, spacious. The only down side which isn’t too bad is that the toilets are outside
