I stayed here to go to Highclere Castle, and they arranged a taxi for us, which was very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Newbury. Thank you very much.」

Delicious food, both dinner and breakfast, great selection and all arrived piping hot, well presented and 'just right' in terms of timing between ordering and delivery. A couple of constructive points / minor areas for improvement - the pillows were exceptionally firm, the pathway to our room would benefit from additional low level lighting...

「Parking was very tight, definitely secure, register your number plate at reception desk, very easy.I didn't have breakfast as needed to leave early for Bath. We did have a 3 course meal the previous evening. * Must say the Chef is very good, Everything was home made, great presentation, taste, value for money, will definitely be returning in the future,as it's an ideal stop over for visiting my family in Wells.」

「Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water. Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too! Breakfast was also very good and flexible options.
