「朝食もストアフードのマフィンがロビーに並べてるだけで、朝食付きと言うたらあかんレベル。まぁギリギリ清潔、、かな。おもてなす気は全く感じられない。」

「This hotel is located pretty far down at the end of a road, ways out of the main town. The shower drain was clogged with hair and sand and hairties. There was cigarette ashes in one of the 2 beds. These beds are advertised as queens but they are "fulls" and the staff is very rude. I did nkt have much interaction with the staff but when in the lobby i observed them on many occasions treating others poorly. 」

「The room smelled, it was because we had our dogs, so we were placed in the specific dog rooms. We were charged 25 per dog. Which did not specify, but that's happened before. So. I wasn't surprised. We wanted to leave, but because I paid on expedia, we were stuck. It was old, outdated and needed some repairs. I didn't use the internet, so I'm not sure how fast the service was. To be honest, I would not stay here again. 」

「My partner and I had such a lovely time here. I don’t even know where to start. The room was very cute, comfortable, clean and had a soaking tub ( and some lovely bath salts) that was a real treat. We took a nice little swim in the lake which was the perfect temperature. The gentleman who owns this place is friendly and professional, i felt welcome and at ease while interacting with him. I met a dog and a cat. The cat was perfect in every way- mysterious yet friendly, unafraid and unconcerned....

「Our plans changed last minute and the hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful in getting our reservation cancelled. Also observed him checking in other guests and he was very courteous and helpful with them also. Definitely will be staying here when we travel to Florence again.」

「Reserved room, stood outside for over 15 minutes - rang doorbell and called number that went straight to vm. Whoever came over the ring camera stated they don’t take reservations after 10pm. Nothing listed on website and confirmed booking and stated check in when I never checked in.」
