"Located in the city center with excellent access. With a workspace and free laundry facilities, it is comfortable for both work and rest during long stays. The staff were warm and friendly, making for an enjoyable stay."

"This hotel is located right close to the station, Glasgow Central. So it is really convenient. Hotel staffs were friendly and had good hospitality. The only issue was elevator. There are two but one was under repair. Only one elevator could not offer enough capacity. We had to wait for the elevator coming every time we used it."

"We liked the location. It was close to both bus station and metro station. The bus stop was a bit tricky to find though. It was behind the building, and there’s a short cut pass between the buildings. But buses delayed often and a bit more expensive. We liked metro though. The station was less than 10 minutes walk and it was quite punctual, clean and reasonable. We didn’t like the bathroom. It smelled, and maybe because it was accessible for wheelchairs, but we didn’t like the all flat bath even without a shower curtain. "
