「I booked it through hotets.com and paid full payment. But once I reached there I was told to again pay in cash the full amount. They told me that I will be refunded the amount through hotels.com and they will email me the receipt. Neither did I received any email bearing the receipt of payment not did any amount recouped from hotels.com in my account. This is not at all acceptable. I emailed hotels.com about this issue but have got no reply.... 」

「The initial appearance is totally misleading, as it looks like work is being undertaken. However, the rooms was excellent,very well appointed, grear facilities 」

「朝ごはんが含まれているプランで、フルスコティッシュブラックファストが食べられました。卵はスクランブル、目玉焼き、ポーチドエッグ、ゆで卵から選べました。トーストもおかわりできて、コーヒーまたは紅茶と楽しむことが出来ました。 ホテルの部屋もとても広々していました。2人で滞在しましたが、1人クイーンサイズのベッド1つずつでゆったり過ごせました。」

「It wasn't good hotel. I was mistake. If I could go back to past time, I hadn't booked this hotel. Because My room was dark and cold. It's not cosy. I don't want to recommend this hotel. 良くなかった。狭い、暗い、ひとり部屋だったけど、このクオリティーで値段は合わない。ホステルで良かったと思う。 バスステイションからも遠い。夜は暗い道に面している。良くないことだらけ。」

「Repeatedly I tried to cancel this reservation. I telephoned and emailed them many times; I tried to contact them via Expedia. While other hotels have been understanding of the unique circumstances of the pandemic, neither Beersbridge nor Expedia seemed to care. I will never use Expedia again, and I will not stay at Beersbridge.」

「朝食が美味しくない。この程度の朝食ならつかないほうがいいと思う。 朝食時にヘビースモーカーのスタッフがいて、不快だった。」

「部屋の価格からしたら、まずまずのお部屋。トイレとシャワーが室内にあったのも、好感が持てた。部屋は中年男性がつける香水のような香りで、微妙だったが、慣れてしまえば気にならなかった。周囲にはあまりお店がないから不便ではあるけれど、逆に店が少ないがゆえに夜は静かで快適。グラスゴーの主要駅からは離れているが、地下鉄の駅が徒歩２分程度のところにあるので移動は便利。しかし、スタッフの人が朝７時過ぎなのにいなくて、来てくれるのに時間がかかったので、電車の時間に間に合わなくなりそうで困った。」

「Went to book in and discovered room was not as advertised when i later tackled them over this they refused to give a refund even though they falsely advertise the room to have its own bathroom when infact it has a shared bathroom 」

「We thought we were booking into an Inn with facilities but its a complex of Lodges which are being constructed and a building site. There was no superior room, we were in a Lodge away from the main building as that has just been hanged into rooms with a few tables and chairs in the kitchen for breakfast.. The restaurant hasn't been built yet awaiting planning permission. This is not what we booked on our Anniversary Trip through Scotland - very disappointing We nearly fell over the raised...
