"There was something wrong with my room with the air conditioning and my 20th floor of my room with the air conditioning was a little bit loud, irritating, and buzzing. I went down to the 11th floor reception and told the staff and they were willing to help me changed to the 17th floor of another room with no extra charge. It was quiet and a nice room with a nice view."
