"We had an incredible stay! The breakfast was amazing, the service was excellent, and our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The staff made the entire experience feel welcoming and luxurious. This was my first trip to Asia, and staying here made the experience even more special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a luxury experience."

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
