"Great hotel, very clean and with easy access to all terminals via a complementary shuttle. It has a convenience shop downstairs which is very helpful in terms of getting food or other travel related accessories. Highly recommended!"
"Our experience of Sotetsu Splaisir was very good, although the rooms felt a bit small for a family of 4. Good choice of food for breakfast although opening time of 7am feels a bit late especially considering that tours start at 07h30. The hotel is close to major attractions, centrally located and close to many eateries. Easy to catch the airport bus from there. "

When my daughter needed a Dr appointment because she hurt her leg after coming back from Japan, the concierge scheduled a Clinic for us and got us a cab. Amazing service. I used the spa services and it is wonderful. Clean and quiet so relaxing. The people who worked with luggage would call a cab for us when needed and explained how to get around. The room we had is so clean and so comfortable. The room service is perfect and the restaurants are the best. We had the best experience at the Grand Hyatt. "
