Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist schnell, wertschätzend und verlässlich. Rückfragen werden sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Terrasse des Apartments ist perfekt zum relaxen und sogar zum Arbeiten. Insgesamt perfekt und wir hoffen dort erneut Tage verbringen zu können.」

「Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Domingo. Die Kommunikation mit Domingo und auch die Schlüsselübergabe haben sehr gut geklappt. Domingo ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet auf Fragen sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, was mir aufgrund der Beschreibung der Wohnung gar nicht bewusst war. Das ist ideal, wenn man z.B. mit älteren...

「When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing.」

「We have just returned from a fantastic stay in El Toro at this lovely apartment. The views are incredible and you have everything you could need within walking distance - beach, restaurants etc. If you want to travel slightly further afield then there is a bus which goes from just outside the apartment block - Santa Ponsa is only 10mins away. Excellent communication with the property owner Peter and we had no issues at all. Thank you for helping us have a lovely family holiday!」

「I couldn’t check in because of a miscommunication between Bellavilla and Villafinca. I had to find a new apartment by myself and had to fight for the difference amount of money. Can’t recommend that 」

「Appartment mit Meerblick ist wahnsinn: direkt in der Mitte der Bucht von Port de Soller vor der Nase. Sehr geräumig und sauber und modern eingerichtet. Einziges Manko: es gibt keine Parkplätze, man muss ca. 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt parken und 7,50€ tagestickets bezahlen. Direkt nebendran ein super Cafe mit Gebäck fürs Frühstück. Toll für Familien mit Baby/Kindern - das Meer ist ebenfalls 20m entfernt. Addon: tolles italienisches Restaurant im Erdgeschoss (mit authentisch römischer Küche!)」

「All communication was done online but hosts were very attentive and responsive. We arrived early and were happy for us to drop off our luggage at the apartment whilst it was being cleaned. Apartment is located in a busy area of the town but also not too far from the beach. Apartment itself was very nice - clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend! 」

「Terrible experience overall. There was no email with check-in details or property information. Instead, I received a WhatsApp message asking me to send a wire transfer for an additional payment they called a “tourist tax.” I specifically chose Vrbo for the simplicity and security of booking and payment, but this property completely bypassed that process.I contacted the property manager through Vrbo and was told I needed to reach out to the property owner myself and coordinate this extra payment....
