"great hotel with outdoor bath on the top floor"

"Although this is an older hotel, it was well maintained and the rooms were well appointed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Fresh, delicious coffee and personal care items were available in the lobby. The Metro entrance is across the street and the main Osaka Namba station is just three blocks away where you can catch a taxi, bus or train. The breakfast was good and convenient. The only drawback.. no dresser or drawers for clothing if staying more than one night."

"Check in thru kiosk although staff are available to help if you come to a bind. Wide selection for their breakfast/lunch buffet. I like the roof top view of the city."

"Close to Osaka Station, convenience stores and restaurants. What has room for improvement: International ( USA) TV stations such as CNN, CNBC, etc. Bedding could use a lighter duvet as the one provided was too thick and therefore too hot"
