"We were on a family trip and the location of the hotel is very convenient for the purpose. In particular, we can get the direct train to Universal Studio Japan. Besides, the hotel room was new and clean, and the staff were nice and helpful. Overall it was a very good experience for us.thx"

"チェックイン時、部屋の清掃が十分ではなかったように感じます。ベッド下、部屋の隅のホコリ、ダイニングテーブル下やキッチン床には食べこぼしがかなり落ちていました。前の方の使用後、あまり掃除がなされていないように見えました。一軒家で床面積が広いので掃除に時間がかかるのは理解できますが、もう少し清掃が行き届いていると快適に過ごせると思いました。また、スタッフの方へのメールでの連絡へは迅速な返事が得られ、安心感がありました。"
