「We spend Father's Day weekend and we had a bad experience. First, we arrived late and when open the room...a very bad humid smell come from the room. The staff try to blame us (what?) The carpet was wet and dirty. Finally to Mr. Laurent, we had a new bedroom down-side. The the TV doesn't work or connects to Internet. After a few complaints, they finally came and try to blame us, again. For WHAT? And for the finished night our shower clog, with black sand that we don't have an idea where's...

「Stayed for about a week in a King Deluxe Room. Newly remodeled and very clean. Property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Pools are clean and the "adults" only pool is a great option if you don't want children screaming and running around you. Every morning attendants put out fresh towels and cleaned the chairs.
