「I don’t feel this is a fault of your employees, but the elevator and hallway on the second floor reeked of marijuana being smoked, very strong. I went down to mention it to the young man working and at the same time a woman was telling him the same thing very strong aroma of weed being smoked but a different floor than ours. He did seem very concerned and said they would look into it right away. 」
「I love the Kimpton! 2nd time staying here and will hopefully be back again in November. Would stay at this hotel forever if I could. Great hotel staff from front desk to pool boys to valet guys, restaurant managers,servers and bartenders. All around just love ❤️」
「Everything was clean and the atmosphere was quiet. The only thing that was noticeable was early that morning when we called for a couple more towel they didn’t have enough staff to bring them you had to go get them from the front desk.」
「Overall everything was great only bad part was when we went to the pool my daughter ended up cutting herself on a piece of glass but the staff was absolutely excellent and handled everything beautifully. I would stay again 」
